1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

- Incorrect item delivered
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order with proper proof such as photos or videos.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and unwashed.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with tags intact.
- The return request must be approved by our support team.
3. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
